Key Design Tools & Capabilities:

SolidWorks

For advanced 3D parametric modelling, assembly design, simulation, and product data management.

AutoCAD

For precise 2D drafting, technical drawings, layouts, and detailed schematics.

Our design team uses these powerful tools to:

This integrated design capability supports our “Precision in Every Part” philosophy, enabling rapid prototyping, design for manufacturability and customized solutions for automotive and hydraulics applications.

Advanced Machining Capabilities & Equipment

At Bmax Engineering, our modern production facility is equipped with a versatile range of high-precision CNC and conventional machining systems. This enables us to manufacture complex precision turned and machined components with tight tolerances, superior surface finishes, and efficient high-volume output for the automotive and hydraulics industries. Our in-house capabilities—from raw bar stock to finished, plated, and assembled parts—ensure complete control over quality, lead times, and cost.

Materials Expertise

We machine a wide spectrum of materials to meet diverse application requirements, including:

This broad material compatibility allows us to produce components that withstand high pressures, temperatures, wear, and environmental conditions typical in automotive and hydraulics applications.

Key Machining Systems:

Swiss-Type CNC Turning Machines

Up to 32 mm bar capacity, equipped with live tooling and integrated thread rolling capabilities for complex, high-precision small-to-medium parts requiring fine details, threads, knurls, deep hole drilling and high precision reaming in a single setup.

Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers

High-accuracy CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers for multi-axis milling, drilling, and contouring of precision components, supporting demanding geometries and consistent repeatability.

CNC Turning Machines

Versatile CNC lathes for turned parts with high precision, suitable for medium-volume production of shafts, fittings, and custom automotive/hydraulics components.

Multi-Spindle Automatic Lathes

Up to 48 mm bar capacity, ideal for very high-volume production. These machines feature advanced capabilities including same-setup thread rolling, polygon milling, recessing, high-speed drilling, special high accuracy OD form sizing and tapping—delivering exceptional productivity and cost-efficiency for mass-produced precision parts.

Thread Rolling Machines

Dedicated equipment for forming precise knurls, threads, serrations, and splines with superior strength and finish compared to cut threads.

Hydraulic Presses

For riveting and sub-assembly operations, enabling us to provide complete, ready-to-install sub-assemblies.

Surface Finishing

In-house Alkaline Zinc Plating line for corrosion-resistant coatings, applied directly in our facility to ensure quality control, fast turnaround, and compliance with industry standards.

This integrated machining ecosystem—combining advanced CNC precision, high-volume multi-spindle efficiency, value-added processes, and versatile material handling—supports our commitment to “Precision in Every Part”. It allows us to deliver reliable, high-quality components with short lead times, zero-defect standards, and full traceability.

Advanced Quality Assurance & Metrology Equipment

At Bmax Engineering, we maintain a state-of-the-art inspection and metrology laboratory to ensure every component meets the highest standards of precision, surface finish, form, and coating quality. Our facilities support rigorous in-process and final inspections, enabling zero-defect delivery for automotive and hydraulics applications.

Key Inspection & Measurement Systems:

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM):

Zeiss CMM for high-accuracy 3D dimensional inspection.

Form & Roundness Testers:

Zeiss Rondcom 43C (table-top roundness and cylindrical form measuring instrument) and Zeiss Contour Record for precise contour and profile analysis.

Surface Roughness Tester:

Zeiss roughness measurement systems for detailed surface texture evaluation.

Coating Thickness Testers:

Fischer XRF Coating Thickness Tester (non-destructive X-ray fluorescence for precise coating analysis) and Fischer Digital Coating Thickness Tester.

Profile Projector:

Dyna Scan Profile Projector for optical profile comparison and inspection.

Vision & Optical Inspection:

Advanced Vision Inspection Systems for first-off inspections, in-process checks, and barrier audits — enabling fast, non-contact defect detection and process verification.
